THE KPM TEAM
Property Managers
The property managers handle day to day operations of property management and is one of the key liaison for clients, including association members and BOD members. They are responsible for the delivery of all services as described in KPM/Client contracts. The property managers are highly experienced at handling vendor services and the supervision of property maintenance and construction. As one of the visible member of our team with clients and BOD members, the property manager are known for a positive and proactive "get the job done right" customer service attitude.
Office Specialist
The office specialist handles all incoming phone calls and daily tasks in the office as well as provides assistance to the property managers as needed. The office specialist is responsible for routing and directing homeowner concerns to the proper outlets.
Financial Specialist:
The financial specialist is a skilled professional who knows the comings and goings of every dollar and every dime. From accounts receivable to accounts payable, this person keeps the books in order. Title work, appraisals, dues and more, the specialist provides the professional accounting expertise that is required to deliver the level of customer service that is expected from the Keller team.
